Pedoman Standar Gaji Minimal Pekerja Kantoran Indonesia Tahun 2011


Berikut adalah Standar Upah Minimum / Standar Gaji Minimal bagi beberapa posisi jabatan pada beberapa sektor, antara lain Accounting & Finance, Banking, Call Center, Engineering & Technical, Human Resources, IT, Office Support, Logistic, Sales, Marketing, Advertising dll.

Standar upah / gaji tersebut berasal dari Kelly Service Indonesia, sayang sekali rilis tersebut hanya merinci besaran upah minimal posisi jabatan menengah ke atas (middle to high), tidak merinci upah pekerja kelas bawah misalkan office boy atau operator produksi.
Mungkin akan lebih menarik bagi kita apabila Kelly Service Indonesia juga bisa merilis standar upah sampai ke level terendah, gunanya sebagai bahan pembanding dengan besaran upah minimal yang dikeluarkan pemerintah (Dewan Pengupahan).
